My role also involved analyzing and improving the efficiency of existing systems and services, and playing a key part in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements.

As an Assistant System Administrator, my responsibilities included managing the server control room and office network. Initially, I learned about these tasks during a six-month internship and was later promoted to assist the Senior Systems Administrator. My role involved supporting daily operations, maintaining system stability, and ensuring efficient network performance.

As a Co-Founder and Project Coordinator at Dessein Lab in Sylhet, Bangladesh, I managed an Agile team, analyzed requirements, and defined project scopes and budgets.
